Who we are

Established in 1984, Philippine Aslam Corporation (Aslam) is the leading manufacturer of industrial vinegar and producer of Cane, Tuba (Coconut vinegar) and Sukang Iloko vinegar products as well as other food ingredients. Our namesake is proudly derived from the Kapampangan word “aslam” which means vinegar as it also highlights our roots.

Through decades, Philippine Aslam Corporation has proven to be a trusted partner and a reliable food solutions provider to leading companies and multinationals in the Philippines as well as SMEs that we have helped grown through our food service and flavor offerings. Quality Policy

The quality policy provides a framework for qualifying and reviewing quality objectives. This quality policy is communicated and understood within the organization and continuously reviewed for sustainability.

The Quality objectives are established at relevant functions and levels in the organization and are based on and consistent with the quality policy. These are converted into measurable performance indicators which are monitored at scheduled intervals. Any gaps encountered with the actual performance versus the quantified objectives are addressed with the appropriate action plans.

Our Process of Fermentation

The company uses Frings type for the fermentation of vinegar and uses alcohol as the raw material. This process takes 24-30 hours of fermentation.

Being the biggest in the country and SEA, the company has 18 units of Acetators and has the capacity to produce 3.7 million liters of 10% acid vinegar per month. PAC also has storage facilities that can accommodate 2.54 million liters.
